Simply put Women in Vinyl works to educate, demystify, diversify and empower women and marginalized humans in the vinyl industry. We provide educational and continued learning opportunities to those interested in a career within the vinyl industry.   

This is the first passing of the torch from our first Board of Directors group to the new group, which will start January 2025. We are looking for individuals to join our Board who are are willing to give time, and lead the charge on helping grow our organization and make a difference in the vinyl industry as we know it through education and diversity initiatives.
