Women in Vinyl Logo

Remember that book where people sent anonymous letters of love and frustration? We wanted to create a space to share your wins, big or small completely anonymously.

Sometimes you need a place to share systemic or other issues, but may be afraid to lose your job if you do. We also know that sometimes you’re pretty proud of your accomplishments that may or may not have been seen as well. Those wins are things that are leading the industry forward! Share both here and we can share them for you, without any names or bias attached.

Note: We are not collecting emails / IP Addresses or anything of the sort. We promise this is completely anonymous.

Disclaimer: Women in Vinyl is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education, advocacy, and community within the vinyl and music industry. We provide a platform to share stories and experiences; however, Women in Vinyl is not a whistleblower organization and cannot provide legal advice or representation regarding workplace abuse, harassment, discrimination, or any other form of misconduct. By submitting a story or communication to Women in Vinyl, you acknowledge that we do not investigate or adjudicate allegations and that submissions may be used anonymously for educational or awareness purposes only.
