The Next Vinyl Generation … Who Will Lead?

How many times have you heard a young person say, 'when I grow up, I want to cut lacquers, or be a press operator'? We are willing to bet, less than 1%. With Gen Z coming up as the next generation of industry leaders, how do we create educational pathways which better lead this generation out of just marketing roles and into careers in physical media that have previously been passed down as trade. What needs to happen to lessen the learning curve, and how do we make these careers just as enticing as marketing?
