Why Your Donations Matter
With your help — we’re growing access, education, and opportunity for marginalized voices across the vinyl industry. Because there are few formal educational pathways into careers in physical media, your donations directly fund the creation of those missing opportunities: from career resources that bring vinyl education to schools, mentorship programs, scholarships for industry specific conferences, connection and community between newcomers with industry leaders, and first of their kind hands-on initiatives like Lathe Cut Camp and Vinyl Record Pressing Internships.
Every dollar helps us press forward — building the next generation of makers, creators, and innovators keeping vinyl alive.
A Donation's Impact
Below are examples of what your contribution can make possible at each giving tier. These are representative options—not a full list—and your support may be directed where it’s needed most to advance Women in Vinyl’s mission.

GIVE $100–$250
Helps put “Next Gen: Careers in Vinyl” materials—career-pathway one-sheets, classroom decks, and educator guides—into career services and classrooms. Also supports the collection of student insights through our Next Gen surveys, which shape future curriculum and resources.

GIVE $250–$500
Covers one attendee for the SoundGirls × Women in Vinyl Virtual Conference, or a similar industry educational event, a potential trade class, and helps broaden access to professional development opportunities.

GIVE $500–$1,000
Sponsors one ticket (excluding travel and lodging) for hands-on learning at Lathe Cut Camp—our record cutting skills program—and helps underwrite the continued rollout and support of our mentorship program.

GIVE $1,000–$2,500
Sponsors one ticket to an industry event such as Making Vinyl (excluding travel and lodging), and contributes to underwriting an entire mentorship-program term to support meaningful matches.

GIVE $5,000–$10,000
Funds a certification, or scholarship / learning opportunity at the likes of Berklee Online, and enables us to launch community-based programming, informational sessions, classroom visits, workshops, and micro-grants that bring vinyl-career education directly to students and emerging talent.

GIVE $10,000–$20,000
Covers travel and lodging for a scholarship recipient or supports a hands-on record-pressing internship for a semester. This tier expands our ability to offer multiple scholarships per year and significantly scales our Mentorship Program, including foundational work to build new regions/chapters.

GIVE $20,000–$30,000
Underwrites the launch of the first-of-its-kind internship program in vinyl record pressing, or funds a major Women in Vinyl educational campaign or community meet-up—bringing connection, problem-solving, and hands-on learning to communities nationwide.
For larger donations, and custom inquiries, the sky is the limit and we're always open to other ways to collaborate and work with you. If you have an idea you don't see mentioned above, reach out!
