We have yet to have someone as immersed in the Jungle scene as Leah Houser, known as DJ Vibrant Junglist. She is keeping it alive by not only DJing but also producing, writing new music, running a label and pressing it to vinyl, with future hopes to cut direct to disc with a lathe as well.

Vinyl DJ, event organizer and multi-disciplinary artist, we have the pleasure to introduce you to Berlin based Kat Richter, or DJ Kat Kat Tat. Kat fuses several elements from music to fine art into various artistic formats creating a playful, free-spirited quirky approach.

Today we're taking you to Southern California and through the doors of the World Famous V.I.P. Records with Tenisha Anderson Laux, the Chief Operating Officer.  World famous VIP Records has been serving their community for over 40 years, specializing in R&B, Jazz, Gospel, Hip-Hop, and Blues.

Meet Saidah Blount, New York City based marketing and cultural strategist. She has recently been appointed as the Executive Director of !, NYC's longest-running, free, outdoor performing arts festivals.

An award winning cultural producer, activist, DJ, musician and writer, meet Chardine Taylor Stone. She has been featured in and has won numerous awards from The Voice newspaper's 'Women Who Rocked the World' in 2015, to Buzzfeed’s ‘The Most Inspiring British LGBT People Of 2016‘ and more.

This week we are pleased to introduce you to someone who was destined to be a part of the vinyl community, and like her site says, whether intentional or not, she has always incorporated music into her work.  Meet the owner of record store, and vinyl DJ, Victoria Donaldson aka DJ , based in St. Louis.

Meet Parker Hernandez, a Houston based multidisciplinary artist, art teacher and co-owner of Gneiss Sounds. Gneiss opened in June of 2023, and is co-owned by Parker and her partner. A month after opening the shop, they started a record label under the name Rite Field Records.

An exciting introduction coming to you this week, on a pressing plant which recently opened 'down under' in Brisbane Australia, and the co-owner is a woman, how awesome is that?

Someone we've wanted to introduce you to for awhile now, who is really making waves in the industry is Head Mastering Engineer at , Bobbi Giel in Nashville, TN. Welcome to 1979 is a multi-faceted, analog-centric studio that provides both digital and vinyl mastering services with the latter being what Bobbi is most known for.
