Meet Paris based, French, mastering, vinyl cutting, and audio restoration engineer . In 2013 Marie started mastering and cutting her first lacquers on a Neumann AM32B at in Dublin, Ireland. In 2019 she moved to Paris and joined the team at to work as a mastering and vinyl cutting engineer with a Neumann VMS80 which was a nice upgrade! Here she collaborates with a large range of artists and musical genres. Marie has rapidly established solid collaborations with the artists, indie labels and majors with whom she works closely.

This week we have the pleasure of introducing you to the Masha Dabelka, the Founder of , as well as a teacher, DJ, and producer. Turntablista is the first private DJ school in Austria founded with the purpose of creating a strong female role model for aspiring musicians. The organization represents her passion for the DJ craft, and stands as an antidote to the female auto-sync DJ generation, with the goal to inspire women to approach DJing seriously and in depth, working with the turntable as a musical instrument, developing an ear and sense of rhythm.

This week we are heading back to Bordentown New Jersey's pressing plant to meet two other members of the team, Candace Beres in Assembly Supervisor and Quality Control and Lynsey O'Brien the Human Resources Manager. IRP serves to sustainably manufacture the highest quality vinyl records with best-in-class customer service. Today we get the chance to hear from , a kindred goth spirit, and fellow morning person. Andi is a DJ, producer, music journalist, and the boss of the party / label, , which promotes live and DJ events all over NYC. She is also an author of a book on goth and post-punk sub-culture and an avid long time record collector.

As the summer turns to autumn we start our journey into the fall season with "weird sisters", Deanna DiLandro and Madison Hetterly, Co-Founders of the indie label . Final Girl Records (f.k.a. Weird Sister Records) is an independent record label and collective based in Brooklyn, NY and Los Angeles, CA built to serve as a safer space for women, trans, and non binary people in creative industries to share their work. They are committed to being an anti-racist organization that encourages equity, diversity, and anti-racist actions in the music industry and to help amplify the voices of BIPOC artists + creators.
